Shipping Policy

If you believe your package has been lost, Please allow 7 days before contacting me. I have noticed some carriers scanning in packages before they actually arrive at your door. Your order will be shipped via USPS-in some instances packages remain in pre-shipping for the term of its journey to you. This means the item arrived at your door while the tracking on the USPS interface is still pending. USPS stated that in the interest of moving packages along faster, some facilities forego scanning. 

Domestic: Shipping may take 2-4 days. 

International:  Shipping may take 6 to 10 business days. 

All issues with orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. No shipping related damage returns can be authorized after this period.
