Our Return Policy
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival and let me know within 24 hours if any significant damage occurred in transit. Please provide images of the damage. I strive to make the customer experience, smooth and delightful, from the moment you place your order until you unbox your Lugo’s Wicked Candles. If it were possible to personally deliver each order i would do so. Once the package leaves my hands, unfortunately I have little control over how the carrier cares for it while on its way to you. Due to the nature of the products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, i may replace or refund a product that was damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to me within 24 hours of delivery. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all items returned. I do not do exchanges at this time.
